The 250w motor is stronger than I expected. More torque than speed, which is what I want. I live in a hilly rural area. Range tested at 30km on highest power setting. Even crazy steep hills are fine in lowest gear. No sweating. It is also possible to just spin the pedals very gently and to let the motor do all the work on flat ground. Brakes are good enough. Needed adjustment of cable after a few weeks. Build quality is generally good.
