A brilliant bike. It's an absolute must to get back cycling and maintaining core fitness. I was aching all over before I bought this bike. It's an absolute joy to ride. It's honestly changed my whole routine. I don't use the car anymore. I gave it up after 1month of getting back cycling at 53 years of age.
