To the fiido team this is Karah alm. I am sending you this email to let you know that my pedal will not stay sercure to my bike I was told by a bike shop that I need a new crank the circle that house the pedal as corroded can your team rectify this problem please thank you and can you let me know what the next step will be thanks again.
