Greetings and thank you for choosing Fiido. Based on your feedback, it appears that your watch may not have synchronized with the Fiido APP yet. To synchronize, please use the Fiido APP and search to add the watch (FIIDO_S3). Ensure that the time is synchronized first. Additionally, when recording sleep, the watch and the APP need to remain connected between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. This will allow for the sleep data to be updated by 9 a.m. the following day.
