I purchased the Fiido D3 pro new from you after I did a lot of research on e-bikes for travel and commuting to work for my son to use.
What I liked about the D3 was its compact size and how it could be easily transported in a car or small van.
My sone travels to and from work doing 6 miles a day and saves him £6 in bus fares so it’s a no brainier.
I also like the back up on your website with the spares that are available if things break or wear out.
I purchased one for myself second hand with low miles so me and my done can go out cycling together.
To be honest the quality of these bikes are fantastic and my son with only have to travel two and a half months to and from work and that would be the cost of the bike back.
